Congratulations to staff members Luca Ware and Nick Reid who both recently graduated from the University of Canterbury!
Luca enjoyed a range of subjects and graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in environmental science, geography, and psychology. Through her studies and summer work she developed a passion for looking at transport through a behavioural science lens. She later applied this in her final year project titled The Impact of Gender on Transport Choices and Decisions.
Nick graduated with a BE (Hons) in Civil Engineering. In his fourth year he really enjoyed being part of the Civil Systems Engineering research group and contributing to projects relating to spatial accessibility, the 10-minute city, transport planning, urban planning and active transport.
Well done Luca and Nick on all your hard mahi, we love having you both on the ViaStrada team!
