ViaStrada presents at Transportation Conference

ViaStrada staff have authored or co-authored five papers and remits, to be presented at the 2007 IPENZ Transportation Conference in Tauranga. That is a great effort – well done, team!

Megan Fowler is presenting a paper titled "Effect of Road Bendiness on Traffic Crashes." Ben Muirhead is discussing "Conflict within flush medians" as a remit. Axel Wilke has co-authored a remit on "Innovative diagonal cycle crossing solution for busy intersection." Andrew Macbeth is asking the question "A National Road Hierarchy - Are We Ready?" – this will be presented as both a remit (to reach a wider audience) and a paper (to be able to explore this issue in depth).
