Urban Design Protocol Seminars - Nov 2009

Date

E-mail from the Urban Design Protocol staff at Ministry for the Environment (28 October 2009).  We are allowed one person in each venue, at this stage.  If you're interested in attending the Christchurch event, please contact Andrew M by end of play Fri 30 Oct to co-ordinate - Auckland, Nelson (seminar in Wellington) and Dunedin can manage their own attendees!  Note that other centres occur on the following days - I've put the date for this "event" as the Christchurch venue.

As part of the programme of Urban Design Protocol activities scheduled for 2009 the Ministry for the Environment is convening four seminars. These seminars are centred on our recently undertaken Urban Design Stocktake of Resource Management Plans and Policies and the proposed changes to the NZS4044 Land Development and Subdivision standard.

If you are a planner, urban designer, councillor, surveyor, engineer, landscape architect or are working in the area of urban design, subdivision design and the RMA, these seminars are for you.
How can I register?
Numbers are strictly limited. We are able to offer each signatory organisation one place in each venue at this stage and if numbers allow this may be extended.
