Niklas has been with us since October 2019. He has been the first intern who we’ve ever had and we all agree that we’ve hit the jackpot – he’s been fantastic to work with across a wide range of our projects. As a student, his project work closely mirrored what ViaStrada does as a company. As such, he really hit the ground running. He’s a quick learner, super-intelligent, and a very pleasant person all round (did we mention his baking skills too?). He’s secured himself a research placement at RWTH Aachen University back in Germany and will shortly leave New Zealand (travel restrictions allowing; fingers crossed). We wish him all the very best and are certain that his new employer will gain a very valuable team member.
