Brew Moon resource consent

Brew Moon in Amberley cannot provide any parking on site, but their current resource consent enables operations using on-street parking. ViaStrada prepared parking occupancy count forms to enable the Client to conduct their own rigorous surveys, saving the Client money. We then analysed the results and demonstrated that even with a substantial increase in patronage, there would be sufficient on-street parking to cater for the demand. We also conducted noise level monitoring to support a request to remove a consent condition relating to amplified music in the courtyard area.

Update: In early 2026 we undertook a further acoustic assessment and parking demand count. This ongoing monitoring supports the Client in meeting the conditions of consent.
