Background
A new location and facility are being designed at Kerrs Reach for an expanded rowing sports and recreation hub.
An Integrated Transport Assessment (ITA) was prepared for the project. A nearby early childhood centre (ECCC) raised concerns about the design, particularly the potential for increased traffic near its site, and requested changes.
Our report included a summary of six proposed mitigations.
