Wyndham Mews ITA

ViaStrada recently completed a Transportation Assessment for MDP Construction’s proposed 15 unit townhouse development on Wyndham Mews in Rolleston. The project includes 15 vehicle crossings, eight units with a single garage and additional on site space, and seven with a single external car park. Three short stay visitor and delivery parks are also planned at the western end of the site.

Each townhouse will provide secure bicycle parking within its rear outdoor living area and linking directly to a council reserve, supporting active mode travel options for residents.

Our assessment addressed Selwyn District Council’s requirements by reviewing all transport related effects of the proposal and identifying any necessary mitigation to ensure safe and efficient access for all users.
