Welcoming the NZ Transport Agency

Today, the NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) was created through the merger of Transit NZ and Land Transport NZ. "Happy birthday" from ViaStrada.

The NZ Transport Agency's website was also launched today and contains an interesting banner:

Of course we are pleased to see cyclists given such prominence, but what really caught our eye is the diagonal theme and colours. This has an uncanny similarity to the new ViaStrada branding on a conference flyer which was published in the handbook of the NZ Walking Conference in late July.
