ViaStrada is pleased to announce the opening of its Nelson regional office on 2nd March. Quickfall Associates, an established resource management and planning consultancy servicing the top of the South Island, has rebranded as ViaStrada. The Nelson office will predominantly service Buller, Tasman, Golden Bay, Nelson, Marlborough, and, jointly with the Christchurch office, Kaikoura.
Our newest office has been established by Tony Quickfall, who will build on his extensive networks in the top of the south. A previous District Planner for Kaikoura District Council, Environmental Policy Manager for Nelson City Council, and Senior Planner with Opus in Nelson and Christchurch, Tony brings a depth of technical and management experience to the ViaStrada planning team.
This has been complemented by Sue McAuley, who has joined Tony as ViaStrada Nelson's resident traffic expert. Sue's experience spans 25 years in all aspects of traffic engineering and transport planning in both the public and private sectors, covering both New Zealand and Australia.
The office is located in Halifax Street.
