Company director John Lieswyn recently completed the Safe System Crash Investigation course, led by Dr. Johan Strandroth and Dr. Tana Tan of Safe System Solutions. This comprehensive ten-hour online course included graded quizzes and a final assignment. The course was exceptionally well-structured, with an innovative assignment that allowed participants to virtually explore environments thousands of kilometres away—an impressive and immersive learning experience.

John expanded his expertise in vehicle and occupant crash dynamics, crash causation chains, injury mechanisms, crash reduction factors, infrastructure deficiency assessments, and developing guidance to support decision-makers. These skills enhance our safety auditing and policy work and future crash investigations conducted for our client, WorkSafe.
