Background

Life is so much easier when you can work with a great team of dedicated and professional people. Such was the case with this project. For Northlands Mall, we were commissioned to explore access options and designs through to obtaining Resource Consent from the City Council.

Three development proposals were investigated: 

  1. Farmers loading dock and associated car park - investigation, design and reporting 
  2. ASB Service Lane: Short term parking/courier bay - investigation, design and reporting 
  3. Langdons Road: New vehicle access - Preparation of Traffic Impact Assessment for RMA Resource Consent Application
