Background
ViaStrada was engaged by CPB Contractors to undertake a detail design and post construction stage road safety audit of Avonside Girls and Shirley Boys school frontage along Travis Road and the car park exit to Mark Treffers Drive. These areas are outlined with a dashed red line in the image adjacent.
The resulting audit reports included safety recommendations on the design to improve provision for pedestrians, cyclists and other road users.
