Background
Christchurch City Council’s transport team has completed many safety improvement projects throughout Ōtautahi over the last National Land Transport Programme (NLTP) period. Multiple funding streams included Transport Choices, Climate Emergency Response Fund (CERF), Christchurch Regeneration Acceleration Facility (CRAFT), and other transport funds.
