Background
ViaStrada was commissioned by the client to complete a Road Safety Audit (RSA) for a proposed new subdivision off Roberts Road in Hei Hei, Christchurch.
This preliminary design stage audit report considered the general proposed roading and path layout, intersection layout and cross sections. It was conducted in accordance with the NZTA Safe System Audit Guidelines (2022).
