Pim has a Bachelor of Urban Planning (Honours) from the University of Auckland and has over 2.5 years of experience as a transport planner. Most recently, Pim worked at Aecom, and has been involved in a variety of types of projects including business cases, concept designs, and data analytics. Most notably, he had a key role in a data analytics and visualisation project assessing the performance and potential of Auckland’s existing and future rapid transit stations.
Originally from the Netherlands but having moved to New Zealand as a young child, Pim developed a passion for multi-modal, sustainable transport networks, and helping to achieve this in New Zealand.
In his spare time, Pim also plays football socially and enjoys playing music with his partner at home.
