VeloCity is the biennial European cycling conference. The 2007 conference is held in Munich. ViaStrada director Axel Wilke will be on the lookout for good European concepts that may be applicable for Australasia.

ViaStrada runs a series of one-day courses to introduce the principles of planning and design for
cycling in New Zealand. The courses are aimed at anybody planning, designing or reviewing roads or
other facilities that will be used by cyclists. This includes planners, general roading engineers and
road safety practitioners.
