Great to hear ViaStrada's research by Glen on the benefits of lowering speed limits in reducing deaths and serious injuries being used at the National Lifeline Utilities Forum 2023. We believe that solving complex system problems requires interdisciplinary collaboration; we are excited to be featured at this Water New Zealand resilience event.
Glen recently presented this in person at the 2023 Australasian Road Safety Conference in Cairns and virtually at the Western Australian chapter of ACRS with a presentation at TAC Victoria coming up in a few weeks.
The preso is also gaining great traction here in New Zealand with both Waka Kotahi and Tasman District showing interest in the background data.
