This presentation is reporting on a submission that Axel Wilke and Bill Sissons have produced on behalf of Christchurch City Council in order to inform the upcoming Traffic Control Devices (TCD) Rule that the Land Transport Safety Authority has commenced developing. The submission focuses on suggested traffic signal rule amendments so that cyclists can be better accommodated.
